ICE CREAM WITH BANANA & AMINO ANIMO POWER MIX VANILLA PROTEIN

Healthy, homemade ice cream with a rich, creamy texture and natural sweetness from banana, without added sugar. It's enriched with our Power Mix Vanilla plant-based protein & made in a single blender.

Ingredients

For the protein pudding:

  • 40 gr. AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla protein
  • 3 medium frozen bananas, sliced
  • 45 g. peanut butter without added salt, sugar, etc.
  • 30 – 50 g. soy milk
  • salted peanuts, coarsely chopped (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Place the frozen bananas, AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla protein, peanut butter, and 30g soy milk in a sturdy blender and blend until smooth. You may need to push the mixture down with a whisk to help it blend faster. If necessary, add a little extra plant-based milk (1 tbsp at a time).
  2. Ideally, freeze in a sealed container for at least 4-6 hours before serving, optionally with coarsely chopped peanuts. You can serve immediately, but the ice cream will be quite soft and will melt quickly.
  3. Store leftovers in the freezer for a few days. After 48 hours, the ice cream will firm up quite a bit, so you can leave it out of the freezer for a while until it softens before serving.
