Ingredients
For the protein pudding:
- 40 gr. AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla protein
- 3 medium frozen bananas, sliced
- 45 g. peanut butter without added salt, sugar, etc.
- 30 – 50 g. soy milk
- salted peanuts, coarsely chopped (for serving)
Preparation
- Place the frozen bananas, AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla protein, peanut butter, and 30g soy milk in a sturdy blender and blend until smooth. You may need to push the mixture down with a whisk to help it blend faster. If necessary, add a little extra plant-based milk (1 tbsp at a time).
- Ideally, freeze in a sealed container for at least 4-6 hours before serving, optionally with coarsely chopped peanuts. You can serve immediately, but the ice cream will be quite soft and will melt quickly.
- Store leftovers in the freezer for a few days. After 48 hours, the ice cream will firm up quite a bit, so you can leave it out of the freezer for a while until it softens before serving.
