If you are not satisfied with the product that was delivered to you, you have the opportunity to return or replace it with another product or products of equal or higher value.


PRODUCT RETURN

The product can be returned within thirty (30) days from the delivery day. The product should not have been opened, distorted or destroyed and must be in its original saleable condition. If the product has been opened, the company must be notified within five (5) days from the day it was delivered to the customer. If the product is not part of a special offer that allows a free return, the customer is charged with the shipping costs to send the product back to our warehouse. In this case, you can use the courier company of your choice or contact us to give you the contact details of our collaborating courier company. If you wish to return the product, you can send us an e-mail at hello@aminoanimo.com or call us at 2310-318528, mentioning your full name, your contact details and the reason why you request the return. Once the product has been received by our warehouse, intact and in its original saleable condition, we will refund you within five (5) working days. Shipping and cash-on-delivery costs are not refundable.


PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

The replacement of a product with another product or products of equal or higher value is possible, if it is requested within thirty (30) days from the delivery day of the product that was initially ordered. The product to be replaced should not have been opened, distorted or destroyed and must be in its original saleable condition. If the product is not part of a special offer that allows a free return, the customer is charged with the shipping costs to send the product back to our warehouse. In this case, you can use the courier company of your choice or contact us to give you the contact details of our collaborating courier company. In order to return the product you wish to be replaced, you can send us an e-mail at hello@aminoanimo.com or call us at 2310-318528, mentioning your full name, your contact details and the reason why you request the replacement. Once the product has been received by our warehouse, intact and in its original saleable condition, we will issue and send you a credit invoice which you can use for your future online purchases.

We follow strict quality protocols, before making our products available through our online store. In the unlikely case you received a product which does not meet the desired standards, you can request its replacement by our company within thirty (30) days of delivery and provided that it is re-shipped within the original packaging and with all the original labels attached. In this case, you can send the product to our warehouse with courier service or visit our physical store in Thessaloniki (Farmakeio Tis Fisis). After receiving the product, we will check your report about the product not meeting the desired standards. If we verify your report, we will proceed with the replacement. In case you have opened or removed the original packaging of the product, our company must be notified within five (5) days of delivery.

You have the opportunity to cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of the placement of the order, provided that the shipping procedures have not started yet. The store will issue a refund to your bank account within ten (10) days, in case you have already paid the price of the products of your order.
