GREECE
Shipping by courier
Shipments in Greece are carried out by Geniki Taxydromiki, Elta Courier and Box Now. With the exception of sales or promotional offers when an increased order volume is possible, orders are processed in 1-3 business days. They are then shipped with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
- For purchases from 49€ and above, the shipping costs are FREE with Geniki Taxydromiki and Elta Courier.
- For purchases from 24.90€ and above, the shipping costs are FREE with Box Now.
- For purchases under 49€, the shipping cost is 2€ with Geniki Taxydromiki and Elta Courier.
- For purchases under 24.90€, the shipping cost is 1.50€ with Box Now.
- If you have chosen cash on delivery as a method of payment, you pay your order upon receipt at the courier, with an additional charge of 2€. This payment method is not available with Box Now.

For orders weighing more than 2 kg, the shipping cost is €2 + €0.90 for each additional kg.
ATTENTION: In order for your order to be shipped, the phone number you provided must be valid, so that we can contact you, if necessary, for the delivery of your order.
Pickup from physical store
If you are in Thessaloniki, you can pick up your online order free of charge from our pharmacy “Farmakeio tis Fisis”, at 66 25th Martiou street, according to the opening hours of the physical store. Once your order is complete, you will be notified by email to pick it up.
ABROAD
Orders abroad are sent by DHL, except for orders to Bulgaria which are sent by Geniki Taxydromiki. With the exception of sales or promotional offers when an increased order volume is possible, orders are processed in 1-3 business days. They are then shipped with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Especially for Cyprus there is an option of sending the order with the Box Now service. The shipping cost is 7.50€.
