Ingredients
- 80 gr. AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Cocoa protein
- 1/2 cup vegan butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup couverture
- Almond cream (serving)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Melt the vegan butter and the couverture.
- In a bowl, mix the melted mixture with the plant milk and sugar.
- In the same bowl, add the sifted flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Line a tray with non-stick paper and pour the vegan brownies mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let the vegan brownies cool for 15 minutes, remove them from the pan, and let them cool for another 15 minutes before cutting them into pieces.
