Do you love cheesy flavors? These vegan cheese balls are the perfect blend of creamy and crunchy textures. Keep them in the fridge and enjoy them as a nutritious and high-protein appetizer or as a quick snack.
Cheese balls with cashews and AMINO ANIMO almond protein

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops AMINO ANIMO Almond Protein
  • 100 gr. cashews (soaked from the previous day)
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. sesame
  • 4 tbsp. black sesame
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients, except the sesame seeds, in the blender and beat them until creamy.
  2. Place the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  3. With wet hands, shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Spread the white and black sesame seeds on a plate and mix them.
  5. Roll the cheese balls in the sesame seeds until their surface is covered.
  6. Put the cheese balls in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
  7. Serve.
