Ingredients
- 4 scoops AMINO ANIMO Almond Protein
- 100 gr. cashews (soaked from the previous day)
- 100 ml water
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tbsp. sesame
- 4 tbsp. black sesame
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients, except the sesame seeds, in the blender and beat them until creamy.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- With wet hands, shape the mixture into small balls.
- Spread the white and black sesame seeds on a plate and mix them.
- Roll the cheese balls in the sesame seeds until their surface is covered.
- Put the cheese balls in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
- Serve.
