Ingredients (4 servings, 15.6 g protein / serving)
For the cream:
- 100 g. oats
- 60 g. AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla
- 600 ml soy milk or other of our choice
- 200 ml water
- 2 tsp. crushed flaxseed
- ⅕ tsp. salt
For the cinnamon sauce:
- 10 g olive oil
- 30 g maple syrup or liquid honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
- We place the oats, AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla, milk, water, and salt in a blender or food processor and blend well until smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Stir continuously for 7–9 minutes until it thickens, then remove from the heat and divide into bowls.
- Let it cool slightly, and meanwhile prepare the sauce by whisking all the ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined and smooth.
- Serve the cream warm or at room temperature with a little sauce and, if desired, some nuts of your choice.
- Store the cream covered in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 days, and the sauce also covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week (it will solidify due to the olive oil, but it will become fluid again once it returns to room temperature).
