Ingredients
- 100 gr. AMINO ANIMO Sunflower Protein
- 200 gr. lukewarm water
- 20 gr. fresh yeast
- 180 gr. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 90 gr. olive oil
- 1 cup of chopped olives
- Black sesame, poppy seed (for sprinkling)
Preparation
- Mix the yeast with the water until it dissolves.
- Put the flour, sunflower protein, salt, and olive oil in the mixer bowl.
- Add the yeast-water mixture and mix with the hook until a firm dough is formed.
- Let the dough rise for at least 1 hour.
- Add the chopped olives and knead with your hands.
- Let the dough rest for another 20 minutes.
- Form the breadsticks in the size you desire.
- Sprinkle them with black sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
- Bake at 180ᵒC for 25-35 minutes, depending on how thick the breadsticks are.
