If you are looking for the perfect appetizer, look no further. A delicious herbed cashew cheese ball with almond protein is the perfect choice. It is prepared in 10 minutes and served with crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop AMINO ANIMO Almond Protein
  • 130 gr. cashews
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 40 gr. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. bukovo spice
  • Black pepper
  • Crackers for serving

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews overnight.
  2. The next day, rinse them well and put them in a food processor along with the lemon juice, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and organic Almond Protein. Blend them all together until you have a smooth paste.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a large piece of plastic film. Grab the edges of the film and join them, enclosing the mixture inside. Roll up the film and form a tight ball.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Mix the herbs and spread them on a plate.
  6. Take the ball out of the fridge and remove the film. Smooth its surface with your hands.
  7. Roll the ball over the herbs until they cover the entire surface.
  8. Serve with crackers.
