Ingredients
For the bars:
- 1 scoop AMINO ANIMO Muscle Synthesis protein
- 80 gr. almonds
- 90 gr. oats
- 80 gr. carrots
- 80 gr. banana
- 10 gr. coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
For the topping:
- 2 tbsp. vegetable yogurt
- 1 tsp. maple syrup or honey
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
For the bars:
- Beat the almonds and oats in a blender. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- In the blender, slightly beat the carrots and banana, without turning them into juice. Transfer to the bowl with the almonds and oats.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix with your hands.
- Spread the mixture in a small pan and leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Cut into 6-8 pieces.
For the topping:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread evenly over bars.
