HUMMUS WITH AMINO ANIMO RICE PROTEIN

Ideal for party or finger food, hummus perfectly accompanies dishes that do not contain protein, such as salads. You can add as much garlic as you like, depending on your taste! If you prefer a denser texture and a “stronger” taste, you can mash the sunflower seeds along with the other ingredients, adding extra lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 100 g. boiled or steamed cauliflower
  • 70 g. AMINO ANIMO Rice Protein
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. black cumin oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 80 ml water
  • 20 g. raw sunflower seeds, cleaned

Preparation

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat without olive oil and toast the sunflower seeds until fragrant, being careful not to burn them. Leave them aside.
  2. Put all the remaining ingredients in the blender and beat well until they are homogenized and have a creamy texture. Taste and adjust the taste and texture with salt and lemon juice, if necessary.
  3. Serve in a deep dish and sprinkle the roasted sunflower seeds on top.
