Ingredients
- 60 gr. AMINO ANIMO Almond Protein
- 100 gr. almond butter with stevia, gluten-free and sugar-free
- 50 gr. oats, gluten-free
- 50 gr. raw almonds (+ 12 more to serve)
- 30 gr. sunflower seeds
- 20 gr. pumpkin seeds
- 1 dose of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds + 3-4 tbsp. water
- 3-4 tbsp. coconut oil or sunflower oil
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
- A little salt
Preparation
- Soak the chia seeds in 3-4 tablespoons of water for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 170ᵒC.
- Beat the oats and the almonds in a blender, until powder.
- In a bowl, add the above powder, the almond protein powder, the sunflower seeds, the pumpkin seeds, the almond butter, the coconut oil, the soaked chia seeds and the cinnamon powder. If you opt for 100% almond butter without sweeteners, add a sweetener of your choice.
- Mix with a fork and then with your hands.
- Wet your hands and form 12 biscuit balls.
- Place the biscuit balls on a tray with baking paper, at a relative distance from each other, and press them down slightly with your palm.
- Place and press an almond in the center of each biscuit.
- Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- Let the biscuits cool well and enjoy!
