Ingredients
For the tart:
- 30 gr. AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla protein
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable milk
- 1/2 cup brown or coconut sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
For the filling:
- 1 cup of strawberries, cut into quarters
- 50 gr. brown or coconut sugar
- 50 gr. AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla protein
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for the tart in the mixer, slowly adding the flour last.
- Remove from the mixer and knead with your hands.
- Wrap the dough and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- For the filling, mix all the ingredients.
- Roll 3/4 of the dough with your hands and place it in a tart tray, giving height to the walls.
- Spread the filling.
- Crumble the rest of the dough with your hands over the filling.
- Bake at 180ᵒC (air), until the dough takes on a golden color.
- Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
