The ultimate vegan summer tart! Crisp dough, golden crumble on top and juicy strawberry filling. With each bite, you also get a dose of AMINO ANIMO vegan protein with a vanilla flavor.

Ingredients

For the tart:

  • 30 gr. AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla protein
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable milk
  • 1/2 cup brown or coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

For the filling:

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the tart in the mixer, slowly adding the flour last.
  2. Remove from the mixer and knead with your hands.
  3. Wrap the dough and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. For the filling, mix all the ingredients.
  5. Roll 3/4 of the dough with your hands and place it in a tart tray, giving height to the walls.
  6. Spread the filling.
  7. Crumble the rest of the dough with your hands over the filling.
  8. Bake at 180ᵒC (air), until the dough takes on a golden color.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
