Ingredients
- 2 Florina peppers
- 1 carrot
- 2 zucchini
- 1 potato
- 30 g. ΑΜΙΝΟ ΑΝΙΜΟ Pea Protein
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 110 g. barley nut
- A pinch of pepper, thyme, oregano
- 30 g. roasted peanuts
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
- Cut the pepper, carrot, pumpkin, and potato into small cubes.
- Mix the vegetables with the olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Chop onion and garlic.
- Grind the barley nuts in the blender until they become powder.
- Put half of the baked vegetables, the onion, and the garlic in the blender, and beat well until they melt.
- Put all the ingredients except the peanuts in a bowl and knead well.
- Grind the peanuts in the blender until they become powder and put them on a plate.
- Spread a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Shape the mixture into burgers, pass them first through the peanuts, and put them in the pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
