Ingredients
For the pudding:
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 20 gr AMINO ANIMO Almond Protein
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1/4 tsp salt
For serving:
- Red fruits’ jam
- 3-4 strawberries
- Homemade granola
- Almond fillet
- Coconut chips
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix well the organic AMINO ANIMO Almond Protein with the almond or coconut milk until it dissolves. You can adjust the amount of milk, depending on how thick you want your pudding to be.
- Add the oats, the chia seeds, the cinnamon, the salt, the honey and the yogurt and mix with a spoon.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and leave it in the fridge overnight.
- Serve in a glass or a jar, adding a layer of pudding on the bottom, a layer of red fruits’ jam and homemade granola on top, another layer of pudding or coconut yogurt and fresh strawberries, almond fillet and coconut chips on top.
- Enjoy immediately or keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
