Ingredients
- 110 gr. AMINO ANIMO Sunflower Protein
- 400 gr. potatoes
- 2 tbsp. flaxseeds
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/3 tsp. grated cardamom
- 1 tsp. agave syrup
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin oil
Preparation
- Peel and dice the potatoes.
- Boil or steam them until soft.
- Melt them with a fork or the special tool.
- Add the melted potatoes and all the remaining ingredients to a bowl and knead well.
- Leave the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Form the dough into balls.
- Between two pieces of baking paper put a ball of dough, press it with your palm, and roll it out.
- Place all the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ᵒC for about 20 minutes.
