NAAN FLATBREAD WITH POTATO & AMINO ANIMO SUNFLOWER PROTEIN

We love flatbreads, especially vegan ones. Our latest obsession is naan flatbread with potato and organic sunflower protein. Fill them with whatever you want, from vegetables to hummus.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Boil or steam them until soft.
  3. Melt them with a fork or the special tool.
  4. Add the melted potatoes and all the remaining ingredients to a bowl and knead well.
  5. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  6. Form the dough into balls.
  7. Between two pieces of baking paper put a ball of dough, press it with your palm, and roll it out.
  8. Place all the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ᵒC for about 20 minutes.
